EPS-Recycling bestellt. <\/p>    <p>Die Leistung beider Maschinen betr\u00e4gt 150\u2013200 kg\/Stunde, was die Recyclingeffizienz von Schaumabf\u00e4llen effektiv verbessert. Der gr\u00f6\u00dfere EPS-Schaum muss zun\u00e4chst mit dem EPS-Schredder in kleine St\u00fccke zerkleinert, dann nach dem Erhitzen und Schmelzen in lange Streifen extrudiert und nach dem Abk\u00fchlen in Granulat geschnitten werden. <\/p>    <p>W\u00e4hrend der EPE-Schaumgranulator weicher ist, verf\u00fcgt der EPE-Pelletizer \u00fcber ein Zuf\u00fchrsystem, sodass kein Zerkleinerer erforderlich ist und direkt in die Ausr\u00fcstung zur Verarbeitung eingesetzt werden kann.
