Custom Design to Meet Client Requirements
Our Nigerian client approached us with specific requirements for their PET recycling process. After carefully reviewing their needs, we recommended the Modèle 800 Machine de déchiqueteur pour animaux de compagnie with a capacity of around 500 kg/h. The machine was customized in several ways to ensure it would meet the client’s expectations and optimize their production process:
Moteur diesel
The client requested a diesel engine with a power of 22 kW, allowing the machine to operate efficiently in areas with limited power supply.
Pressing Feeding Device
To improve feeding efficiency and prevent material blockages, we added a pressing device at the feed opening. This ensures a smooth and continuous flow of PET material into the crushing machine.
Custom Screen Size
The screen size was set to 14mm, which is ideal for the client’s required particle size for their recycling process.
Removable Wheels
To enhance mobility and ease of transportation, we added four removable wheels to the shredder. This feature allows the client to easily move the machine within their facility as needed.
Custom Logo
As per the client’s request, we applied their company logo to the machine, adding a personal touch that reflects their branding.

With all customizations completed and quality checks successfully passed, the model 800 plastic water bottle crusher is now fully assembled and ready for shipment. The machine is carefully packed to ensure it reaches our client in Nigeria in perfect condition.
