Apr\u00e8s une discussion d\u00e9taill\u00e9e avec notre responsable des ventes, Sunny, notre client, VAMCo, a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019acheter notre concasseur mod\u00e8le SL-80 pour ses besoins de broyage de barils plastiques.<\/p>\n\n\n

Comprendre les besoins du client<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Recently, a customer from the Maldives \u2014 VAMCo \u2014 contacted Shuliy Machinery to purchase a machine de concassage de ferraille<\/a><\/strong> for processing waste plastic barrels. After detailed communication with our sales manager Sunny, the customer clarified their need for a reliable and efficient machine that could crush large plastic barrels into smaller, manageable pieces for recycling.<\/p>\n\n\n

Mod\u00e8le recommand\u00e9 : SL-80 Machine de broyage du plastique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Based on the customer\u2019s production requirements, Sunny recommended our SL-80 model<\/strong> crusher machine, equipped with a 22 kW motor<\/strong> and capable of handling 800\u20131200 kg per hour<\/strong>. The blades are made from 5CrSi<\/strong> high-strength steel, ensuring durability and high crushing efficiency. To support the customer\u2019s long-term operation, we also supplied a blade sharpener and an extra set of crusher blades.<\/p>\n\n\n

Test de la machine et pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9dition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s l\u2019ach\u00e8vement de la production, la machine a subi une s\u00e9rie de tests approfondis dans notre usine afin de garantir des performances stables et une excellente qualit\u00e9 de sortie. Le test a confirm\u00e9 que le concasseur SL-80 pouvait facilement concasser des barils en plastique en flocons uniformes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following successful testing, the machine \u00e0 d\u00e9chiqueter le plastique<\/a><\/strong> was well-packed in a wooden box for safe transportation. It is now ready for shipment to Mal\u00e9 Port, Maldives, under CIF terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
