The customer in Suriname has recently ordered two foam granulators from our company for EPE and EPS recycling respectively.
The output of both machines is 150-200 kg/hour, which effectively improves the recycling efficiency of foam waste. These pelletizers are capable of processing a wide range of foam wastes and converting them into reusable pellets for further processing or reuse.
After the order was completed, the equipment was tested and has now been successfully shipped to the customer.

Difference Between EPE and EPS Pelletizing Process
Due to different material properties, the granulation process of EPS and EPE foam is different. For the larger EPS foam, needs to be crushed into small pieces by the EPS shredder first, then extruded into long strips after heating and melting, and then cut into granules after cooling.
While EPE foam granulator is softer, EPE pelletizer comes with a feeding system, no need for a crusher can be directly into the equipment for processing. These two processes are respectively for the characteristics of different materials, to ensure their respective efficient processing flow.
