Recently, a customer from the Maldives — VAMCo — contacted Shuliy Machinery to purchase a スクラップ破砕機 for processing waste plastic barrels. After detailed communication with our sales manager Sunny, the customer clarified their need for a reliable and efficient machine that could crush large plastic barrels into smaller, manageable pieces for recycling.

Based on the customer’s production requirements, Sunny recommended our SL-80 model crusher machine, equipped with a 22 kW motor and capable of handling 800–1200 kg per hour. The blades are made from 5CrSi high-strength steel, ensuring durability and high crushing efficiency. To support the customer’s long-term operation, we also supplied a blade sharpener and an extra set of crusher blades.

機械の試運転と出荷準備

生産完了後、機械は当社工場で徹底的な試運転を受け、安定した性能と優れた出力品質を確認しました。テストにより、SL-80クラッシャーがプラスチック樽を均一なフレークにスムーズに粉砕できることが証明されました。

Following successful testing, the プラスチック破砕機 was well-packed in a wooden box for safe transportation. It is now ready for shipment to Malé Port, Maldives, under CIF terms.
