Recently, we completed the production of a rigid plastic washing line specifically designed for a customer in Nigeria. The equipment is now ready for shipment. The customer is involved in local plastic recycling and will utilize the machine to process rigid plastics, including PP and PE, therebypreparing them for further granulation or reuse.
Meeting Customer Recycling Needs
Based on the customer’s raw materials and processing requirements, we provided a rigid plastic washing line. The main equipment includes:
- Waste plastic crushing machine: Used to crush large PP and PE plastic pieces into smaller sizes suitable for washing.
- Washing Tank: Cleans the crushed plastic materials by removing dirt and surface contaminants in water.
- Vertical Lifting Machine: Efficiently transports cleaned materials to the next stage, reducing manual handling.
- Horizontal Dryer: Uses centrifugal force to remove moisture quickly, ensuring low final water content.
- Blade Sharpening Machine: Specially designed for sharpening the crusher blades, enhancing cutting performance and blade life.
