Customer Requirements for Multiple Dry Ice Sizes
The Turkish customer plans to use dry ice pellets for different industrial applications, so they requested three pellet diameters:

- 16mm dry ice pellets
Since one mold can only produce one pellet size, we provided the dry ice pellet making machine with a standard 13mm mold and customized two additional molds with diameters of 3mm and 16mm. This configuration allows the customer to switch molds according to production requirements.

Electrical Components
To ensure stable operation and reliable performance, the machine is equipped with internationally recognized electrical components:
- Siemens touch screen and processor
- Schneider contactors
- Schneider circuit breakers
- Omron intermediate relays
Additional Customized Molds
- 3 mm mold
- 16 mm mold
The customer can easily replace molds to produce different dry ice pellet sizes.
315L Dry Ice Storage Box
To improve storage and transportation efficiency, the customer also ordered a 315-liter insulated dry ice box. The insulated container helps reduce dry ice sublimation loss and maintains product quality during storage.
Trial Operation Before Delivery
After production is completed, our technical team will arrange a comprehensive trial operation of the dry ice pellet making machine. During testing, we will verify:
- Pellet forming quality
- Equipment stability
- Mold replacement performance
- Electrical system operation
- Overall production efficiency
Only after the machine performs satisfactorily will we arrange shipment to Turkey.
