In plastic recycling projects, different customers often have very different requirements depending on their raw materials, production scale, and investment budget. This case comes from a Kenya client who planned to start a plastic recycling business and was looking for a practical and cost-effective plastic recycling solution. After evaluation and communication, we provided a customized configuration consisting of a plastic crusher and a vertical baler, helping the client start the project step by step according to their budget.
Customer Requirements and Initial Consultation
The Kenya client initially intended to purchase a complete plastic recycling line, including both crushing and pelletizing equipment. However, during the communication process, it became clear that the client’s budget was limited.
After analyzing the customer’s needs and expected production goals, we recommended a more flexible plastic recycling solution:
- Start with a plastic crushing system for size reduction
- Add a vertical hydraulic baler for volume reduction and storage efficiency
- Keep the option open for future pelletizing expansion
This approach allowed the client to begin operations with lower investment while still maintaining future scalability.
Recommended Equipment Solution
Based on the customer’s raw materials and capacity requirements, the final solution included:
Plastic Crusher Machine
- Model: SLSP-800
- Power: 45 kW
- Kapasitas: 800–1000 kg/jam
- Equipped with hydraulic opening system
- Knife configuration: 10 pieces (6 movable knives + 4 fixed knives)
- Bahan pisau: 60Si2Mn
The plastic crusher blades are made of 60Si2Mn alloy steel, which offers high hardness and strong wear resistance. This ensures stable cutting performance and efficient crushing results during continuous operation.

Vertical Hydraulic Baler
- Pressure: 120T
- Motor power: 18.5 kW
- Chamber size: 1100 × 800 × 1700 mm
- Main cylinder: Φ160 mm × 1400 mm stroke × 2
- Overall machine size:
- Main machine: 1600 × 1400 × 3800 mm
- Hydraulic station: 1200 × 700 × 1160 mm
- Machine weight: 3000 kg
- Hydraulic station oil capacity: 200 L
The vertical baler is used to compress plastic materials into dense bales, significantly reducing storage space and transportation cost, making it suitable for recycling collection centers and processing plants.

Factory Visit and Order Confirmation
After the plastic recycling solution was confirmed, the client decided to visit our factory in person to better understand the equipment quality and manufacturing process.
During the visit, our sales manager Hailey warmly received the customer and guided them through:
- Equipment production workshop
- Assembly process of plastic recycling machines
- Quality inspection procedures
- Finished machine demonstration area
After the visit, the client gained a clearer understanding of our production capability and equipment quality, and expressed strong trust in our company. The order was confirmed shortly after the factory tour.

Customized Appearance Requirement
In addition to performance requirements, the client also had specific expectations for machine appearance.
The customer requested a red and green color combination for the equipment. Based on this requirement, we customized the machine painting accordingly to meet their visual preference and on-site branding needs.

Production Status and Delivery Plan
At present, both the plastic crusher and vertical baler have been completed according to the agreed specifications and customized design requirements.
The equipment has passed final inspection and is currently prepared for shipment. The delivery process will be arranged according to the logistics schedule.
