Working Principle of PET Bottle Label Remover
The label removing machine drives the moving knife mounted on it through the high-speed rotating spindle, and uses friction and cutting force to strip the PVC label from the surface of the bottle.
After the label is separated from the bottle flakes, the lightweight label is blown out of the outside of the machine under the action of the blower, while the bottle flakes are discharged from the outlet into the next cleaning process. The whole process is highly efficient and automated, which maintains the integrity of the bottle flakes and ensures that the labels are completely removed.
