In plastic recycling projects, different customers often have very different requirements depending on their raw materials, production scale, and investment budget. This case comes from a Kenya client who planned to start a plastic recycling business and was looking for a practical and cost-effective plastic recycling solution. After evaluation and communication, we provided a customized configuration consisting of a plastic crusher and a vertical baler, helping the client start the project step by step according to their budget.
Customer Requirements and Initial Consultation
The Kenya client initially intended to purchase a complete plastic recycling line, including both crushing and pelletizing equipment. However, during the communication process, it became clear that the client’s budget was limited.
After analyzing the customer’s needs and expected production goals, we recommended a more flexible plastic recycling solution:
- Start with a plastic crushing system for size reduction
- Add a vertical hydraulic baler for volume reduction and storage efficiency
- Keep the option open for future pelletizing expansion
This approach allowed the client to begin operations with lower investment while still maintaining future scalability.
