Customer Background
The customer from Zambia is engaged in plastic recycling and wanted to process HDPE crushed plastic material into recycled plastic granules for resale and further manufacturing.
After discussing the customer’s raw materials, expected output, and local power requirements, we recommended a 300 kg/h plastic granules manufacturing plant that includes washing, drying, pelletizing, cooling, and pellet cutting equipment.
After installation and commissioning, the production line has been operating smoothly, and the customer recently sent us a feedback video from their factory.

The raw material used in this project is HDPE crushed plastic flakes collected from recycled plastic products. Before pelletizing, the material is cleaned to remove dust and impurities, then dried to ensure stable pellet production.

Plastic Washing and Drying Equipment
The washing and drying section removes dirt, labels, and moisture from the HDPE flakes before they enter the pelletizing machine. Clean and dry materials help improve pellet quality and ensure stable machine operation.

The plastic pelletizing machine melts the cleaned HDPE flakes through a screw extrusion system and continuously extrudes molten plastic strands.
The machine is designed for continuous production and can process approximately 300 kg of HDPE material per hour.

After extrusion, the plastic strands enter the cooling water tank, where they are quickly cooled and solidified. This process helps maintain consistent strand shape before cutting.

The cooled plastic strands are then fed into the pellet cutting machine, which cuts them into uniform plastic granules suitable for packaging, transportation, or further plastic product manufacturing.
