We recently customized a plastic pelletizing equipment for a customer from the Philippines, designed specifically for processing PPR and PE hard plastics. The customer operates in the plastic recycling industry and was looking to further process already crushed hard plastic materials into recycled plastic pellets, aiming to enhance material utilization and product value.
Equipment Recommended Based on Customer Needs
During initial discussions, the customer clearly stated that their primary materials were crushed PPR and PE hard plastics. As such, they were mainly focused on the stability and productivity of the pelletizing process.
Based on the customer’s expected output, we recommended a well-configured, user-friendly Kunststoff-Granuliergeräte. The selected equipment is suitable for the physical properties of both PPR and PE, and supports continuous and efficient production.

Complete Pelletizing Process
In the customer’s production setup, the crushed plastic flakes are fed into the plastic pelletizing machine, where they are melted and extruded into continuous plastic strands. These strands are then passed through a cooling water tank to solidify, before being fed into a pellet cutter to be cut into uniform plastic granules. Therefore, the complete pelletizing system includes the pelletizer, cooling tank, pellet cutter, and an electrical control cabinet.

Plastic Pelletizing Equipment Will be Shipping Soon!
After confirming the technical specifications, we quickly moved forward with the production process. The pelletizing machine has now been fully manufactured and has passed pre-shipment testing to ensure stable performance and reliability. Packaging and logistics have been arranged, and the equipment will soon be shipped to the customer’s facility in the Philippines.
