Raw Materials and Final Products
The raw materials of the waste plastic granulation line mainly include waste rigid PP PE plastic products, such as plastic buckets, plastic pots, toys, plastic boxes, plastic sheets, disposable cups, bottle caps, food containers, appliance housings, and so on. Through the process steps of crushing, washing, and melting, these waste plastics are converted into recycled PP PE plastic pellets.
Process Flow of the Granulation Line
- Kuponda: First of all, waste plastics are crushed into small pieces or flakes through the crusher for subsequent processing.
- Washing and drying: The crushed plastic is washed to remove surface impurities and dirt, and subsequently dried to ensure that moisture content is minimized.

- Cooling and cutting: The molten plastic strip is cooled down through the cooling device and finally cut into small uniform particles to complete the granulation process.
