After in-depth communication with the customer, we provided a PET bottle washing line with an output of 500kg/h and a granulation line that can produce 3-4 tons of pellets per day. This solution not only meets the customer’s requirements for production capacity but also ensures that the quality of the product meets the market standard.
Flexible Device Layout Design
The customer’s plant has limited space, especially since the horizontal space is narrow, there is only a long passageway.
To make full use of the plant area, we designed the whole production line into a zigzag layout to ensure the smooth operation of the PET bottle scrap machine while maximizing the space utilization rate.
This flexible design fully reflects the superiority of our production line in adapting to various plant conditions.

Before leaving the factory, all the machines have completed strict trial tests to ensure smooth operation in practice.
All aspects of the machine, including PET bottle washing, crushing, separation, and the subsequent pelletizing process, have been debugged several times to ensure that the equipment can be put into operation efficiently and stably after arriving in South Sudan.
