Working Principle of Plastic Baling Machine
The working principle of a hydraulic baling machine is based on hydraulic pressure transmission and mechanical compression. The detailed process is as follows:
Material Feeding
Waste plastic materials are fed into the compression chamber of the plastic baling machine through the feeding port.
Hydraulic Drive
The hydraulic system is activated, and hydraulic oil is pressurized by a hydraulic pump driven by a motor. The pressurized oil is then transferred to the hydraulic cylinder.
Material Compression
The hydraulic cylinder pushes the compression plate downward (for vertical balers) or forward (for horizontal balers), applying high pressure to the materials and compressing them into compact blocks.
Tying and Securing
