Working principle of Hot Washed PET Flakes Machine
The working principle of the plastic scrap washing machine is based on a combination of hot water dissolution and mechanical agitation.
Firstly, the waste plastic is loaded into the PET flakes hot washing machine and then filled with hot water at high temperature and pressure, which quickly dissolves the dirt on the surface of the plastic.

- Cleaning Time: Cleaning time should be controlled at 30-45 minutes.
- Cleaning powder use: one time about 40kg, according to the material situation every 10T-30T material to add once.
