  • Convenient Maintenance: We also equipped the scrap crusher machine with a hydraulic lid opener, making routine blade changes and internal cleaning safer and more labor-efficient.

Building a Complete Automated Plastic Recycling Line

A standalone plastic shredding machine cannot achieve optimal efficiency. We configured a full set of auxiliary equipment for the client to automate the process from feeding to discharge:

  • Belt Conveyor: A 5-meter long, 1-meter wide conveyor to feed bales of stretch film smoothly and evenly into the crusher, reducing manual labor.
  • Friction Screw Conveyor & Drum Screen Machine: Used for washing, friction cleaning, and preliminary screening of the crushed material, enhancing the purity of the recycled plastic.
  • Lifter: To elevate the processed flakes to the next stage or into a storage silo.
  • Supporting Tools: We also provided a Knife Sharpener and a set of Spare Knives to ensure the long-term, stable operation of the line and minimize downtime due to blade wear.
