Our Solution: A Customized Production Line Centered on the Scrap Crusher Machine

Core Equipment Selection and Optimization

• Performance Guarantee: The designed capacity of this model is 1200-1500 kg/h, powered by a robust 90kw motor, providing ample performance overhead to meet the client’s actual output requirement of 1000 kg/h.
• Blade Design: Specifically for the soft and entangling nature of stretch film, we optimized the layout and angle of the blades (10 pieces, made of 60Si2Mn) to ensure efficient shearing and prevent material from wrapping around the main shaft.
• Convenient Maintenance: We also equipped the scrap crusher machine with a hydraulic lid opener, making routine blade changes and internal cleaning safer and more labor-efficient.

Building a Complete Automated Plastic Recycling Line

A standalone plastic shredding machine cannot achieve optimal efficiency. We configured a full set of auxiliary equipment for the client to automate the process from feeding to discharge:

• Belt Conveyor: A 5-meter long, 1-meter wide conveyor to feed bales of stretch film smoothly and evenly into the crusher, reducing manual labor.
• Friction Screw Conveyor & Drum Screen Machine: Used for washing, friction cleaning, and preliminary screening of the crushed material, enhancing the purity of the recycled plastic.
• Lifter: To elevate the processed flakes to the next stage or into a storage silo.
• Supporting Tools: We also provided a Knife Sharpener and a set of Spare Knives to ensure the long-term, stable operation of the line and minimize downtime due to blade wear.
