Recently, our factory completed the production and testing of a customized heavy-duty SL-1000 plastic crusher for a customer from Iraq who needed to process large plastic drums. Because the raw materials were oversized plastic containers, the standard feeding inlet could not fully meet the customer’s production requirements. After discussing the material size and feeding method with the customer, we customized the feeding inlet structure accordingly.

After confirming the technical requirements, the customer finally selected our SL-1000 heavy plastic recycling crusher model.

Customer Requirements for Crushing Large Plastic Drums

The customer mainly processes large plastic barrels and containers. These materials are bulky and difficult to feed into ordinary crushers directly. To improve feeding efficiency and reduce manual cutting work before crushing, the customer requested a larger customized feeding inlet.

Based on the actual material dimensions, our factory adjusted the feeding section of the machine to make it more suitable for continuous feeding of large plastic products.

Customized Feeding Inlet Design

One important feature of this project was the customized feeding inlet. Since the customer’s plastic drums were large in size, the inlet was widened and modified to allow easier loading of materials.

This customization helps:

  • Improve feeding efficiency
  • Reduce material blockage
  • Lower manual pre-cutting work
  • Make operation more convenient for large plastic waste

The machine also adopts a hydraulic-assisted opening system, which makes blade maintenance and cleaning more convenient during daily use.

Machine Testing Before Delivery

After production was completed, the factory carried out a trial run using actual plastic materials. During the testing process, the 1000 plastic crusher machine operated steadily, and the crushing effect met the customer’s requirements.

The trial test mainly checked:

  • Crushing size consistency
  • Motor running condition
  • Overall machine stability

After confirming that the machine was operating normally, the equipment was prepared for shipment to the customer.
